The client sought to accelerate sales operations, eliminate manual errors, and automate data collection. Previously, staff spent hours manually scouring tax and court records to evaluate applications against dozens of variables. This manual bottleneck forced a trade-off: either sacrifice audit quality or limit the number of banks analyzed.
Implementation
We architected the scoring logic and developed a full-cycle system from technical specifications to final UI. We integrated automated data extraction from Federal Tax, Bailiff, and Court databases (via Tax ID) and Government Procurement records (via tender ID). Using this data, we deployed a precision algorithm to predict approval odds for specific banking institutions.
Results
Manual data mining and scoring - previously a 60-minute process prone to inaccuracy - now takes just 5 minutes. By removing the human factor, we minimized errors and streamlined onboarding: new hires no longer need specialized training in manual data parsing across fragmented sources.
