The client struggled with fragmented data across multiple chat platforms. Manual entry often led to data silos, where inquiries failed to reach final reports, complicating Cash Flow Management (CFM) and financial auditing. The objective was to centralize all inquiries, automate documentation, and implement a robust RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system - all while maintaining a mobile-first interface via Telegram for field agents.
